Rene, I love the ol’ Character-jumps-to-conclusion-without-hearing-the-whole-story bit, a genuinely grin-inducing last panel. Also, the text seems perfected now, with hand-drawn bubbles and slightly grey typed font.

I loved both todays and yesterdays comic! And, yes, the text is beautiful and perfect.
I can’t decide which line is my favorite, “Hot!” or “She’s a lesbian…” I cracked up at both.

I need to say that I’m totally diggin’ this strip, but I think I liked the other coloring method more. I never loved watercolor paintings, so maybe that’s what I’m reacting to.
The totally non-plussed and honest reaction to the man’s question is classic.

I am confused by sir Bjorn. I really don’t care for him too much and all he’s done in the past is prove what an enormous ass he can be, yet here he’s actually showing some humanity towards Anders. Unless he’s just lining something up to burn Anders with even more so later on.

Honestly I liked Bjorn for the most part of the comic — couldn’t stand him in the “past” arc. I just like how honest he is. But still, playing guitar naked in someone else’s house without permissiob should be illegal.

how astonishingly self-aware Bjorn is! I thought he might have been clueless/the type to ignore the obvious and go after what he wanted anyway. Like *cough* Tina. But Bjorn doesn’t seem like he’d try to force anything, he’ll just take what he can get huh. I think it was mighty forward of him to tell Anders so bluntly both the good and the bad. He could have easily manipulated the situation to his advantage. But he obviously cares about what Maria wants at least somewhat to look out for her over his own wants– he’s just so laid back! It’s great

(Oh - and It’s all a matter of personal opinion, of course, but in an effort to help you gauge the reaction to it, I have to say I preferred the previous art style more.)

I gotta say that I too like the old style better, but the art style changed a lot near the start of the series too, so perhaps this is just the next step.

Is Norrland a province of Sweden? Also, is Bjorn the stereotypical Norrlander?
I was just curious why of all things Anders would call out that Bjorn is a Norrlander rather then a rocker, or whatever.

kaiki: A lot would have to do with his dialect which you can’t read or see in English obviously.
Also Norrland is a very large region of Sweden comprised of many provinces and local variations in dialect/culture. But it is often stereotyped as being hickish.
