Wednesday, April 2nd, 2008Sorry speculators! It was indeed an April Fools Gag. Not that you haven’t given me loads of ideas that have had me very, very tempted to go back and change my script.
Today’s comic is sans shading for the time being. I just really wanted to get this out to you before midnight. The clock is ticking! I’ll update that later on. Thanks for being patient!

I love the new page Rene! but i would have totally loved it if yesterdays was real! But another love interest would probably have gone to Anders Head. You had half of the internet comunity fooled and going nuts for a full 24 hours! Thanks for a great comic!

whaaaaaat, that is so scummy of him T_T I love how Maria did indeed honestly send Bjorn away, i thought that was very appropriate of her. Anders on the other hand says whatever is convenient to make his ride in life easier. I have met many peoples like this ::grumble::

Regarding previous comments, I don’t think Maria was being ‘appropriate’ by sending Bjorn out of the room. Honestly, I found that a bit insensitive. I mean — Bjorn’s silliness and sleazy antics aside — he’s been there for her for… awhile now. Comforting her, sexin’ her up, escorting her to her appointment. But then, when something ‘important’ happens, he’s not permitted to be involved.
I think giving them each a ‘partner’ during their seperation was a good move, in regards to the writing/storytelling. It opens up opportunities for Maria and Ander’s flaws to be reflected back at them and almost exagerated. Can’t fix something you don’t see.
Loving it still. Yay Rene!
(also, KooshKoosh hasn’t scanned the Tina pic you drew me yet, or my copy of the mini comic. He’s a jerk. Ban him from commenting on your comic.)

I didn’t realise they were talking! That makes me happy. I mean I feel for Anders– he obv still loves Maria and doesn’t want to do anything more to put himself in the doghouse— but seriously, poor tina.

I think Maria is being very immature and tends to over-simplify what’s been going on. And I think she may be just feeling Anders out to see what he’ll tell her, so that she’ll know how much she can or can’t tell him. Or maybe Johan has been spying on them?? Trifling with people’s emotions is dangerous business!! …But, Anders is just trying to stay out of hot water here. Have he and Tina still been having as much sex as Bjorn and Maria have been, I wonder?
Also, I just listened to a song that reminded me of Anders very much: “Enormous Penis” by DaVinci’s Notebook (they are an a capella group).
