Anders and Tina: The Perfect Couple by Sam Logan
Thursday, March 27th, 2008It’s such an honour having webcomic veteran Sam Logan interpret Anders and Tina. It is spot on. Poor poor Tina.
Funny. People have complained about the weather in Wales all over the country, but today in Cardiff is the first day of sun I have seen since coming to the UK. It was snowing in London and York!

haha i like the carbon footprint one!

I must say, all the guest comics so far have been fantastic! Only problem is that my sneaky at-work reading is less sneaky than it probably should be because I keep laughing out loud…
March 27th, 2008 at 1:09 pm
OH MAN!!!!!! That’s awesome. I love her face in the last panel. Yays Sam!
March 27th, 2008 at 2:09 pm
Yes, it is rather nice in Cardiff today. It’s been a bit wet up until now, so you’ve lucked out. Cardiff is normally wet and windy this time of year.

Ohhhhhhhhhh, Sam… Yeah, he pretty much gets it. It’s nice seeing a guest strip from him, it was through Sam and Fuzzy that I got here in the first place.
March 27th, 2008 at 2:44 pm
Hee, this one is hysterical. And kudos for mentioning carbon footprints! Everyone needs to up theirs eventually. Good job, Sam!
March 27th, 2008 at 3:29 pm
Wow. These guest strips are just magnificent, and show that many talented - and well-known - artists love this comic. Rene has really achieved some serious webcomics cred.
March 27th, 2008 at 3:30 pm
Awesome comic. I’ve totally been looking at them from that angle. Tina is way too desperate to keep him happy with her.
and btw its been getting cold as hell here. I live in florida and its been freezing these past few days.

The weather in York’s actually really nice today! You really DID bring the Swedish cold with you, didn’t you?
March 27th, 2008 at 3:51 pm
The guest comics have all been amazing! I too am a fan of the carbon footprint panel.. hilarious!
March 27th, 2008 at 3:55 pm
and the bird is going bork bork bork!
March 27th, 2008 at 5:14 pm
Poor, poor Tina. Unrequited love is a bitch.
March 27th, 2008 at 5:19 pm
Man, nice one Sam! You did a good job with the style. Nice soft lines and whatnot. I love the shadow in the last panel.
March 27th, 2008 at 5:34 pm
Wow, 3 for 3 guest strips have used bork. I wonder when Ms. Engstrom will rename her strip “Bork Loves Bork: The Bork about Borking” in order to capitalize on the popularity? ^_-

Sun? Impossible! It was even snowing where I live in the Seattle area yesterday. First snow we’ve had since early February. Maybe it’s time to relocate…
March 27th, 2008 at 6:08 pm
i have been reading S&F for 5 years now & i love sam’s work. this comic is no exception! (i love the shadow tina creates on the wall in the last panel!)

Yes, it was a lovely day in Cardiff today! I was dissapointed I didn’t make it to the Thing, you were one of the ones I wanted to meet. And now you come to my hometown just to taunt me, lol.
March 27th, 2008 at 8:15 pm
It is odd that everyone else is having such shit weather. It is actually quite nice in MT this week, and it is usually snowing this time around.
March 27th, 2008 at 8:25 pm
Ha, ace guest strip. I loves me some Sam and Fuzzy.
Ooh Cardiff! I live there! Are you visiting people? It was indeed lovely weather today. It makes my new found love of cycling to work even better.
March 27th, 2008 at 8:40 pm
Nice in York?? Have you SEEN those clouds? You wanna try working outside in the wet and cold all day, everyday… Bah.
March 28th, 2008 at 5:35 am

Best guest-episode ever!

I didn’t even notice the bird till i read the comments >_
March 28th, 2008 at 12:06 pm
I’m loving this shit!
I know this is a guest strip but I could pretty much assume this to become canon for the future of Tina

Haha, I said much the same to Rene when she showed me the other strips, but neither KC Green nor myself, uh, abused the bork. I dunno if MYSTERY FINAL GUEST will but I’d be kind of surprised, considering who it is.
>>Nice in York?? Have you SEEN those clouds? You wanna try working outside in the wet and cold all day, everyday… Bah.
Hey, it was pretty nice when I was in town! Us cartoonists don’t see a whole lot of sunlight, you know.
March 28th, 2008 at 3:03 pm
the bork bork bird is the best thing ive ever seen.
March 28th, 2008 at 3:31 pm
i’m slightly creeped out by all the talk about the weather…
March 29th, 2008 at 1:43 am
haha, that borking bird is so funny
March 31st, 2008 at 11:14 am
Sam and Fuzzy rox… Sam Logan rocks… I hope you achieve the same sort of fan following that S&F has…
You are on the right track already… best of luck…
