Maria went way over the line, he was drunk and he slept with Tina in response to the pain. But there is NO justification for being such an inconsiderate jerk to Tina. She clearly cares deeply about him and has been nothing but nice. I hope she grows a spine soon. She's providing Anders with an 'easy option' that he doesn't deserve. P.S. Given that Tina does seem like she wouldn't hurt a fly, it's hard to see what she did that annoyed Maria so. Given Maria's track record, I'm inclined to lean towards the "Maria overreacted to something innocuous" option. I’ve been cutting Anders some slack.
