I promised myself not join the discussion about who’s an asshole and who’s not, but what the hell. I don’t understand why so many seem to think that Tina is such a jerk. Maybe Anders and Maria had an agreement not to have sex with others but then it’s to them to keep that agreement. So far I think Tina seems to be the most sensible person in Kukträsk.

I think mostly, girls just don’t like other girls. Thats pretty much my excuse, Tina could end up being awesome to the max and I would still probably have a little grudge against her.

Well, Dunno if the ball has dropped yet for Anders (he realises what maria knows) but i’m willling to bet the expression on his face is going to be a ‘holy tapdancing fuck’ moment. Dig it!
I’m starting to wonder what the underlying issue with this Tina is… She might have some kind of hurt emotions/insecurity after having her house spraypainted, Having your house vandalised and being called a whore is not an easy one to take without a bit of emotion, so maybe it’s not the anders thing she’s crying about it’s just she’s not coping well with being publicly humiliated.

Haha yea I agree with Ashley, I’m hating on Tina mostly because I tend not to like other girls and also because I have a really, really low opinion of cheating. ESPECIALLY when the girl knows the guy is in a relationship. (yea they were drunk but….)
I feel bad they messed up her house, yes, but that is it.

Anders is trying to be the nice guy in a bad situation and just ends up pissing Maria off worse. “Sorry, longtime-girlfriend-carrying-my-child, but the woman I cheated on you with last night has an emotional boo-boo that needs to be kissed all better. Ta!” Way to torture sympathetic characters. I wonder how it’s going to snowball from here. My money is on Johan blackmailing Anders with the footage he took of That Night never to see Maria again, or something.

Even if Maria was mean to her, there is no way that crying will make her less guilty for helping A&M relationship going kaput. Alcohol is not an excuse. They didn’t seem THAT drunk.

The alcohol excuse is weak at best. Anders soberly went into Tina’s house, got comfortable on the couch, and started drinking with her. Alcohol was neither cause nor catalyst in this situation. In most situations, it is simply an excuse used by many to get out of taking ownership of their mistakes. I hope Anders doesn’t try using this excuse, or I might have to stop liking him.
I really want to learn more about Maria and Tina’s history. There’s a lot of bitterness there. I can’t think of many people’s houses I would graffiti out of anger. Note that I say many, not any.

Sometimes being awful is okay, for reals, other girls are generally not a cup of tea in a relationship situation where there are underlying problems. maria would be pissed and distrustful of anders even if nothing had happened.

Well, with this Anders moves from in the the doghouse to cut off completely. Maybe they are better off without each other. But then what’d happen to the title of the comic?
Now what would you do in a situation where you have to exchange information in a rational and chronological manner in order to keep facts straight and agree on a plan, when you can’t exchange two words without devolving into screaming and crying? I’d write a letter. ^_^

To people doing all the psych profiles on Tina, maybe take into account the fact that what Maria called “little miss perfect” now works at the local gas station. Seems like an awfully humbling life, and for mister sexy fancy-pants “08″ art major/photographer to drop into your life, be sympathetic and help you after his girlfriend (to you, psycho-bitch-from-the-past) vandalizes your home and then sleeps with you, I can DEFINITELY see a woman making more of it than it really is and fantasizing about a new love from day one
