#084 - 2008-01-09

Skint means broke, penniless, without monies. I translate the comic with a lot of British English because I think it reflects Northern European attitudes better than American English. Most Swedes speak English with a mixture of British English (taught in schools) and American (via teevee).

your comic might be my new favorite thing on the internet. followed a link from mr. box brown’s livejournal, then sat and read the whole archive in one go. great job, and can’t wait to see the rest!
