Anders is getting rugburn and Maria is getting a broken heart! I LOL’ed at Johan’s deadpan punchline. Great work as usual! Awesome comic! Great Job!

I don’t think Anders nor Maria are really ready to be in a committed relationship, let alone start having kids. Vandalism isn’t cool, but neither is cheating on his girlfriend who’s pregnant with the kid HE wanted to have in the first place. They need to break up, Maria needs to get an abortion, and then they both need to GROW up.

I actually woke up this morning thinking “I wonder what’s gonna happen in Anders Loves Maria. Wait! Oh yeah! She’s updating on a daily basis! I have to new strips to read!”

This comic has been my absolutely my favourite read, recently. I’m so glad it’s become a daily.
It’s difficult to know who to side with on this one (which I assume is the point)! I’m definitely with Marissa on the “growing up” thing. Both Anders and Maria are to blame and they need to talk this out. Whether this will make for compelling comic storytelling has yet to be seen, but I’m sure you’ll do a good job. :I
Keep up the good work, Rene. Recommending this one to all my comic buddies.

I like how this particular section of the story has been receiving self righteous responses supporting both Anders’ and Maria’s side. It’s like a Rorschach Blot for for relationship issues.

I agree, they both are pretty far from appropriate… esp. right now! It’s hard to pick anyone’s side. Maria turned on Johan Anders when her family turned on him, and then tried to sabotage him when he tried to “earn” their respect by working… not so good :-/. I don’t think he took the job just to be with Tina.

Again with the way late commenting, but I just got around to reading through this and that bottom row is totally made of Win. Perfect timing and such a great look on Johan’s face. Notbored, but I can’t think of the better word right now, because I’m reading this after I should be sleeping.
